Our approach
We analysed and profiled their current customer data to find their local customer footprint to guide which areas to target. From this we matched and acquired data of new build homes in these areas through Royal Mails DataFile.
To increase impact, engagement, and brand recognition we advised on an “unwrapped mail service” which removes any barrier of needing to be opened.
Through design and creative of the mailpack we were able to maximise postal discounts and engage with topics focused on those relevant to new home movers such as a guide getting started in the garden.
Through trackable time bound vouchers based on minimum spends as well as an enticing free house plant redeemable in store as a new home gift. The results of the campaign highlighted the increase in footfall, spend, and new customer acquisition.
