We’re seeking a best-in-class Strategic New Business Manager. You’ll be experienced in either offline marketing (print and direct mail) or digital marketing and creative, with an understanding or a strong willingness to learn the other complimentary areas. Your selling style will be strategic and consultative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Marketing Directors and others at C-Suite level.
  • Discuss and build out marketing plans with clients, aligning with any or all of our group’s service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with our highly experienced team to deliver long-term success for both clients and our company.
  • Be responsible for hitting your quarterly and annual new business targets.
  • Look to secure (Via contract and/or tech lead solutions) as much recurring revenue as possible.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to travel around the country.
  • Regular visits to our Nottingham base for sales meetings, client visits, and other requirements.
  • Strong background in new business, including sourcing, converting, and maintaining new clients.
  • Tenacity and willingness to push forwards, learn new things, and go the extra mile for clients.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting new business targets.
