Get a QuoteWhat is the Razar 1070+?
The Razar is a all-in-one digital finishing system and is the heart of our print finishing operation.
Developed by Vivid, the Razar 1070+ combines cutting, creasing, perforating, taping, and raised spot UV in a single, seamless pass. Where traditional finishing requires separate processes, separate tools, and separate handling, Razar integrates them all. The result is faster turnarounds, perfect registration, and consistent quality across every job. From a short run of premium labels to a complex custom packaging.
One machine, multiple premium finishes.
Raised spot UV
Add a tactile, high gloss texture to logos, product names and key design details, helping customers notice and feel the quality of your brand.
Digital die cutting
Create custom shapes, stickers, labels, cartons and packaging without the cost or delay of physical cutting dies.
Precision creasing
Achieve clean folds for cartons, mailers, folders and packaging without cracking, distortion or messy finishing.
Perforation
Add tear off coupons, vouchers, reply sections and interactive elements to direct mail and promotional print.
Why this matters for your brand
Short runs, no shortcuts
Traditional print finishing equipment is optimised for volume. The longer the run, the lower the unit cost. With the Razar 1070+ you can order exactly what you need, whether that is 50 units or 5,000, and receive the same quality of finish at either end of that range.
Fast iteration without waste
It’s no secret that markets move fast, formulations change, regulations update and design evolves. Under traditional print models, any of those changes can render a stockroom of packaging or labels obsolete overnight. Because the Razar 1070+ requires no physical tooling, you can update your artwork, re-run the job, and move forward. Without discarding old stock or absorbing the cost of setting up a new die.
Premium finishes that reflect your brand
The raised spot UV capability of the Razar 1070+ is not a cosmetic luxury. For brands competing at shelf level or in premium direct mail, tactile differentiation creates a genuine sensory impression that flat print cannot replicate. The right finish signals quality before the customer has read a word.
Premium finishing with less waste built in.
The Razar 1070+ supports print to order production. Helping brands produce only what they need, when they need it, without compromising on finish quality.
Our sustainability commitments →Print to order

Everything you need to know about the Razar 1070+.
What is the Razar 1070+?
The Razar 1070+ is an all-in-one digital finishing system that combines cutting, creasing, perforating, taping and raised spot UV in a single integrated workflow. It enables short-run print finishing without physical tooling or high minimum quantities.
What is raised spot UV printing?
Raised spot UV is a print finishing technique that applies a thick, raised layer of UV cured varnish to selected areas of a printed piece. The result is a tactile, three-dimensional finish that adds premium texture and visual impact to labels, packaging, business cards and direct mail.
What is digital die cutting?
Digital die cutting uses a computer controlled cutting system to create custom shapes without the need for a physical metal die. This removes tooling costs and minimum run requirements, making it ideal for short runs, prototypes and evolving designs.
Can you produce short-run labels and packaging with premium finishes?
Yes. The Razar 1070+ is specifically suited to short and variable run production. Kiss cut stickers, die cut labels, custom cartons and POS materials can all be finished with raised spot UV, precision creasing and intricate cuts, even at low quantities.
What file formats are compatible?
We accept files prepared in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW and AutoCAD, as well as files processed via Fiery. Our artwork team can check files for finishing compatibility before production begins.
How quickly can you turn jobs around?
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the job and current production schedule. Contact our team for a specific estimate based on your requirements.
