I have always been creative and love finding new ways to explore my craft. When I’ve not got my head in design, it’s often in a book or out on a small adventure. With a creative mind I crave to be out in large open spaces, climbing a mountain or a trip to the beach tends to do the trick when I need a sense of escapism.

What’s your proudest digital campaign win and what made it successful?
One of my favourite wins was helping a B2B brand find their voice online. They were doing so many amazing things with their people, their customers and their community… they just weren’t shouting about it. We helped re-develop their brand image, laid the foundations of their marketing strategy and implemented a consistent PR, Social, Content and Email marketing strategy.
What’s your proudest digital campaign and what made it special?
One of my favourite projects was leading and overseeing the full creative process of building and launching a new company. The whole project was utterly captivating and opened the door to pursuing a career in business development, strategic thinking and creative direction.
What do you wish more people understood about digital marketing today?
Over the past two decades Digital Marketing has dramatically evolved and helped to create, shift, and shape the way businesses and brands function on a daily basis. Heavily supported in today’s digital economy by innovation and technology.
From my experience no matter where the industry takes us today or in the future, four statements will always remain true and should be understood when it comes to protecting a brand.

How do you balance creativity and data in your digital strategy work?
A digital strategy is built on the foundation of gaining insights through data, guiding my creative process and emotional storytelling to connect with a targeted audience.
Tell us about a time your work genuinely made a difference to a client’s business
I worked on a full brand wash to transform a business’ goals to offer a more luxurious and premium B2C bespoke service. This included creative direction, marketing strategy, new branding, website, print and digital campaigns, and customer pricing packages. The directors were proud to launch with the new brand offering and began rapidly receiving and securing leads they had hoped for in their new business venture.

The collaborative and caring team. It’s a pleasure to be around such forward-thinking, passionate and creative people. There are ideas going on in every nook and cranny of the business and it’s all with the customers in mind. Plus the cake fairy… there is always cake in the kitchen!
