The win marks a significant milestone for our company as we transitioned from the SME category to compete among larger enterprises, making this achievement even more remarkable as we are still a SME at heart. In addition, we are pleased to have our “world class customer service” recognised again after having won Customer Service Team of the Year – SME at Printweek in 2022.
According to the judges, “Results speak for themselves and their approach to adding value is really impressive,” a testament to the dedication and excellence demonstrated by our high-performing Customer Service team.
Our success can be attributed to several factors. Ranging from an exceptional customer retention rate of 95% and an outstanding ‘excellent’ score in over 90% of customer reviews. Moreover, our 4.8 out of 5 ratings on independent review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot reflect our consistent commitment to delivering world-class customer service.

We are proud to have been shortlisted for this just six months after being achieving B Corp certification. For the past 18 months, we have been working hard to achieve a level of commitment to our business, clients, the environment & community to become certified. We’ve always been committed to operating as a sustainable, carbon-neutral business. However, our B Corp Certification in 2023, has taken our business to a whole new level. Being shortlisted in this fiercely competitive category came as a delightful surprise to us.
