A little about me
With over two decades of experience in the print industry, I’ve worked across almost every corner of the sector, from packaging and publishing to direct mail and retail.
My career has taken me from account management to key account leadership and even a director role, but one thing has always remained constant: my passion for seeing an idea take shape and deliver results.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with family, friends, and my beloved four-legged friends, getting out and about, or just enjoying some quiet time after a busy week! I’ve always believed that print is a people’s industry, built on relationships, collaboration, and passion. I’m proud to be part of a team that embodies all three.
My standout skills
My strengths lie in understanding the full print process from concept through to delivery. Ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. I take pride in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, finding the right solutions to deliver creative, cost-effective results that truly make a difference.

Experience & Knowledge
With over 20 years in the print industry, my experience spans both production and client service sides.
I started my print career in the packaging sector, spending 11 years in account management supporting a wide range of customers, including several blue-chip brands. From there, I joined Polestar, where I spent 13 years progressing from Account Manager to Group Key Account Manager/Sales, managing large-scale campaigns and leading complex, time-sensitive projects.
I later moved into a sales role for a sheetfed company before taking on a director role in a small family-run business, further expanding my perspective and leadership experience.
I’ve worked with clients across multiple sectors including:
- DIY & Home Improvement
- National Newspapers
- Publishing Agencies
- Retail & E-commerce
- Electrical Suppliers
- Political Mailings
- Health & Beauty
My work has covered B2B, B2C and B2B2C print marketing, giving me deep insight into how to bring creativity, strategy, and technical precision together.

What do you love about the print industry?
There’s nothing quite like seeing a project come to life, from brief to press, to finished product. That moment when ink hits paper still excites me every time. For me, print isn’t just a process; it’s an art, and after all these years, it still feels special. I guess you could say I’m a bit of a print geek and proud of it!
What moment are you most proud of?
One that stands out was overseeing a national political leaflet mailing in 2015. Coordinating every stage: pre-press, print, finishing, packing, and delivery. Ensuring everything landed across the UK within just two days was an incredible challenge and achievement.
